Obviously rules for us, not for them.... This IMO is to try and set precedent, to label trading of goods as illegal {must use currency} while they roll out the mark system... They may succeed in putting it in place, but like the vaccine/mask mandate totally unenforceable without snitches... snitches well they must get beatings to let people know that is not acceptable...
