As someone who lives in the region but thankfully not actually in the city I can give a few points of information.

  • Chicago Board of Trade, they have a direct fiber link to New York Stock Exchange that also extends directly to the London Stock Exchange.
  • Chicago City ports
  • Main rail hub
  • In direct alignment with New Orleans, Milwaukee, St. Louis, Indianapolis.

These are the main reasons Chicago is still holding on. Chicago has maintained its self as a central trade hub of the Midwest. In spite of all the nigers that have been a problem in the "South Side" since '50s.

I look forward to watching the Chicago fall into bankruptcy.

Pittsburgh was once the main point between the midwest mineral shelf and the east coast. Look at it now. In a month we'll have a nigger mayor.

This is interesting stuff. How much more can the city take? Will it simply be a pretty good Detroit?

Chicago will be a nicer Detroit.

Partially because the city is bulldozing the older low income apartment complexes because of how much the real estate is worth. All the niggers are moving to the near by complexes or the being kicked out to the suburbs. The suburbs are slowly going to shit now because of this.

Follow that up with people who take the train into the city for work. They live here in the suburbs or even further out in Indiana. It's cheaper to live in Indiana and take 45+ minute train ride into Chicago everyday.

People with knowledge are a real boon. I just sit here and make gut guesses. I can listen to the harsh truth about Chicago all day. I appreciate it
