This is interesting stuff. How much more can the city take? Will it simply be a pretty good Detroit?
Chicago will be a nicer Detroit.
Partially because the city is bulldozing the older low income apartment complexes because of how much the real estate is worth. All the niggers are moving to the near by complexes or the being kicked out to the suburbs. The suburbs are slowly going to shit now because of this.
Follow that up with people who take the train into the city for work. They live here in the suburbs or even further out in Indiana. It's cheaper to live in Indiana and take 45+ minute train ride into Chicago everyday.
People with knowledge are a real boon. I just sit here and make gut guesses. I can listen to the harsh truth about Chicago all day. I appreciate it
Well to give you a brief update of the last few weeks. I recently had to drove down to the lake front and noticed several of the local restaurants & shops are closed permanently.
Also the crazy Chicago Mayor is passing new vax mandates including a passport. And of course Cook County is going to try similar. I live a few blocks over from the county boarder, but the one restaurant I actually care to sit down & eat at is still in the county lines.
