I'm pretty sure that's not how the constitution works. It doesn't enumerate rights it specifies the powers of the federal government. Abortion is a states rights issue and can only be regulated by the states individually. Not that im for abortion but in this case they will use any ruling against abortion by the fed to also rule mandated vaccines are constitutional.
Federal courts did the same with faggot marriage. States voted on the issue and fags lost only to win in liberal federal courts. Same with fags adopting children. No one with a brain wanted it, but the liberal courts ruled they could despite hundreds of studies throughout the study of child development call the best environment is a man and a woman, father and mother in a stable relationship.
