Do you think you are convincing anyone of the correctness of you position with condescension, insults and invective? Or do you simply not care if you are convincing anyone anymore? Do you think that issuing some form of 'clever" verbal beat-down makes you somehow "more right"?
Clearly, you are emotionally invested in the argument. You are angry that I do not agree with you and lash out. The moment you raise your voice at them, you have lost your audience.
You seem to have focused your attention so minutely upon the apparent wonderfullness of EV's that you have lost track of the terrain upon which such a decision would be made.
And so I turn your own question back to you: If people can't buy bread, why are you seeking to advise on how economically advantageous it would be for them to buy a new car? You seem to be arguing the banker's position. And poorly.

I should remind you that you're the one who made it personal. You didn't like the data so you had a tantrum. You're one of those guys who can't stand not to have the last word, so it's fun just to keep posting so you have to respond.

Because that's not the conversation. That's the goalpost you moved when it wasn't going your way. Remember back when we were talking about whether EVs were more efficient or easier for the government to control?
"I should remind you that you're the one who made it personal. You didn't like the data so you had a tantrum."
You're projecting again.
