Getting mad at pedo joe about anything that comes out of the white house is a waste of time. He's a human sock puppet. He's not making any decisions, he's not issuing any directives. He has no idea what is actually going on. He goes out front and reads what he's given. Nothing that he says matters. It's all just part of the show. He's like some weird experiment to see how few active neurons a mammal absolutely requires in order to maintain both respiratory and ambulatory functions at the same time. They have to let him go out there make speeches because if he didn't keep talking he would forget which hole to put food into and eventually starve to death.
