If we had "stronger laws to stop violent extremism from within our own nation" then 2019-2021 would have been a lot different all right. Lots of niggers and kikes and useful idiots would be cooling their heels in Gitmo after trying to loot Target stores or set fire to car dealerships. And Kyle Rittenhouse would have slept soundly that night safe in his bed, knowing that Kenosha was at peace.
