Constitution trumps this insanity. They have no such right. There is only free speech. If I choose to call you Sir Dickhead charmark, I have that legally protected right. Anyone attempting to subvert this right has injured my constitutional rights. As such, they should pay the price. In doing so, any government person enforcing this automatically loses their qualified immunity.
