It’s fine every once in a while. Not every day. Decaf still has caffeine, though you can get it with almost none. I have decaf tea once a week, sometimes less but no more than that. If I drink decaf green tea too many days in a row I feel off when I stop. I might try decaf coffee eventually, I do miss it. Being addicted to anything isn’t good, even to something like caffeine.
