Yes, I believe so. I think it'll all shake out to where the states that are suing will gather together into one, unless the suits are based on different causes.
They should do that sooner rather than later because it seems like the media is using the fact that they are all separate to down play it as not a large group of states are resisting. Ultimately i think this is just going to buy us another 2-3 months. But maybe we will be in the thick of ADE by then and the vaccines wont look so rosy ...
The media is going to do whatever it can to downplay the lawsuits, regardless of their merits. Any state. company, private individual who files suit will be painted as someone who just wants to kill children.
