These articles etc. are intended to be disagreed with. The reason being is that you won't think something that is legally allowed like;

I will kill that nigger if he so much as steps foot on my property.

Instead an individual will think in the middle of the two - the article - the thought - the above. In months / years it will be shifted again to: new article - new thought - old thought Where the "old thought" is now the abhorrent and unacceptable thought crime.
