"Recently found" no "recently filled out by people who have already voted more than once" How much obvious does it have to be New Jerseyans should have been surrounding the counting places letting nothing new in after deadline...

What deadline? In NJ, we allow voting until the announced one gets enough votes and then we cut off voting and throw away any “unnecessarily” votes.
