I think a lot of democrat policies actually link back to sexual fetishes.
- There are fetishes based forcing others to wear masks
- There are fetishes based on exposing yourself to other people (trannies changing the the wrong bathrooms)

- What are the pride parades if not a giant display of various fetishes
- Affirmative consent laws (how is a college age women unable to say no but a five year old can say yes to hormones?)
Lots of their laws can be seen through the lens of a sexual deviant who's trying to force us to role-play in their fantasy. That's part of why they lack any consistency on their gender or consent policies. I bet if you searched the computers of loudon county school board members you'd find plenty of examples of either rape or torture porn.

If both the make and female are equally drunk, the male is still a rapist since a woman is a child and can’t consent after 1 drop of alcohol.

When you look back at it, it's kind of crazy. In CA, a 22 year old male can have sex with a 22 year old female and if he didn't ask every 10 minutes for consent he could be expelled from college and branded as a rapist. However, in Loudon County, VA, a tranny can forcibly rape a 14 year old girl and that tranny gets protected.

You didn't give enough info to solve the problem. Is the male a tranny? We know Bruce Jenner got away with killing someone on the road after he claimed to be a tranny.
