Progress on the right to repair things, and keep big manufacturers from turning purchased goods into services because you can only get them fixed by the manufacturer, and the manufacturer just might....maybe.... design them in a way to make fixing their products difficult or impossible to fix or break early so you have to go back and buy their service again.
The best thing you can do is also just support manufacturers who don't do that, but this helps too.
