Honestly i don't even give a shit. I've got another job lined up. I wrote all the software for their machine learning stack and hardware so ill actually really enjoy walking. To make it even better my second left this week to go do something else. So id basically be fucking them out of a half million dollars because nobody else is going to figure this shit out. I already watched the dots fail miserably at it.

Check if your job pays out PTO first upon termination. Mine does and I just learned that today.

A percentage is but i have almost 2 months built up because i haven't taken a vacation in 5 years. So ill get them to pay out the max they will and take the rest as pto.

According to an article on TheFederalist, there is no mandate, just a press conference talking about a mandate. And yet, most large companies are lock-stepping to implement "the mandate". Really scary when the "leader" speaks, and it is just assumed there is authority and law behind it.

His word is not law, and he is not a king. We fought a war over that.
