You're conflating the overburdened and kiked foster system (in which the parents are generally still alive and seeking custody) with newborn adoption. How about this, anyone who seeks an elective abortion for any case other than one which would certainly kill the mother if she carried to term, is permanently sterilized. And anyone who follows through with that elective abortion is shot in the head along with their ~~doctor~~ butcher. The set of incentives that support abortion start back at the roots of the (((feminist))) movement with the planned destruction of the nuclear family and all its associated support structures.
