Sex is part of marriage, refusal to provide sex is to go against the marriage contract and thus being disloyal. Is it theft if you forcefully take something which has been sold to you?
No. Having sex with someone who doesn't want to have sex with you is rape. And pathetic.
And quite frankly, if a woman doesn't want to have sex with her husband, that's on him. He's doing it wrong.
A woman withholding sex from her husband is being a manipulative cunt, what can her husband leverage against her legally? At most he can just refuse to buy her things and kick her out of the house, but at that point she's able to slut around and the man is still down all the money he spent on her over the years. Give me one legal option for dealing with such a woman that doesn't result penalize the man just as harshly?

Kinda pathetic when a man has to leverage something against his wife to get her to have sex with him. Even more pathetic when that man thinks rape is a solution to the problem.
Sounds like a failure of the husband, either to better vet his spouse before marrying her, or for not being a good enough husband throughout to keep her loyal.
