Just execute them. There's no political solution, and ONLY revenge works at this point. Republicans are too soft, and Texas should elect a real leader who executes the enemies of the U.S. first, meaning CEOs, Newspersons, Actors, & Politicians, then asks questions later.
In response Abbott told an Austin television station he would simply keep calling special sessions of the legislature through next year if necessary, and raised the possibility of Democrats facing arrest upon returning home.
“As soon as they come back in the state of Texas, they will be arrested, they will be cabined inside the Texas capitol until they get their job done,” Abbott said.
I think the idea of repeatedly calling for special sessions is the better path. I doubt Abbott has any legal recourse to arrest them, but I could be wrong.
I would like to think there's some kind of legal malpractice, or "contempt of court/missing a court date" law that would automatically issue a warrant for their arrest. And if not there should be a bill forcing politicians to do this job. No more sit ins, no skipping out of town or face the same legal repercussions of a person's on probation.

That is a possibility. I don't know Texas law enough to say for sure.
>Arrest
>In DC
Feds would need to do it.
no, the article mentioned arrest upon their return to TX
Walking out also signals to constituents how far Democrats are willing to go to try to stop Republican efforts to make it harder to vote. to make it harder to vote.
(((theguardian))) But everyone knew the subversive kikery that was (((theguardian))).
No he won't.
Black bag them, cast their votes as 'aye's, (point out you can't hack a vote), then air drop them in Guatemala, and let them walk back overland. (If you're quick enough, you can have the wall built before they make it back to the border)
A few months in solitary confinement and some reprogramming are in order
It's all performative bs from both sides, nothing will happen to them.
Oregon went through this in reverse. Democrats control the house majority, and the Republicans fled to other areas.
The issue is government without representation. Those who are not in agreement are not being represented and we need to be shifting who's in power to who needs representing.
We are still, for a short time left, a majority White country and we should still be at the least representing as such... But noooo we don't do that do we?
Soon, as the options continue to dwindle, the more radical choices become the only sane choices left.
Thanks for the link Pettifogger-Bro . I miss being excited to read the Guardian. Waaaaay back in the day Glen Greenwald wrote for them and shat on the Bushites (I was a fan of this) and the left loved him. Then king bama came in and doubled down on all of bush's worst policies and Glen started shitting on obama, and the left couldn't understand, they thought he was part of their team. Turns out he's on team Freeze Peach and liberty.
I really hope lefties go back to being freeze peach and civil liberties again.... one day maybe.
Yeah, I saw O putting kids in cages first and began an evaluation of the lack of real change. We got "chump change" and then when the disillusioned, "burn-it-down" crowd grew, we got Trump change.
^ that's about the size of it. I think nearly everyone wants something different, other than the usual cabal.
run special elections to replace them
