Why would he? Do you suspect he’s tired of winning or something? The guy who said he was going to do something about swamp creatures like him did absolutely nothing in four years, I would say the general feels pretty safe and secure in his job and in his ability to do whatever the fuck he wants for the rest of his life. Why would he give that up?
