Either the court believes in the second amendment or it doesn't.
There have been three 2nd amendment SCOTUS cases. Ever. Miller 1939 Heller 2008 McDonald 2010
There have been cases that have "brushed" against the 2nd, but they had literaly nothing to do with the 2nd. there was one just recently that was about the 4th.
Now you answer your own statement with that information.
