That's true but if you read the article it sounds like stuff that's happening when they aren't around on that part of the land. Most of these folks don't have the type of dragnet wide area surveillance necessary to be able to identify and respond to momentary threats from taco niggers invading their land, and are probably finding the cut fences, destroyed crops etc after the fact.
