One local to me is sugar gliders, one population that moved to an island off the mainland is now no longer able to mate with the mainland species. All observed over 150 years.

No longer able to? Or no longer wants to? It's cause animals are racist and haven't learned to feel guilt over their inherent racism. You should teach them critical race theory then they'll bang.
