But as applied by those entrusted to enforce such things, it appears that certain political goals are exempted from this restriction - if your terrorism has as its intended result bigger government, more centralized authority, more emergency powers, less oversight, with elimination of accountability and Constitutional restrictions, then have at it.

Maxine Waters should be in prison. She is encouraging terrorism and using her position to promote it to terrorist groups like b.urn l.oot m.urder, the national guard in DC, antifa, etc.
