Every. Single. Time. They barage you with "science" which amounts to "TV person said this". You're not safe, you're NEVER safe! You need more submission, less rights, and to be reminded that the EXPERTS know better than you.
There's no consistency in their thinking. It's all fear and emotion based. There's no rationalizing.

I think some of the times these people have the gut feeling that it's false, but they won't raise their voice because then they'll lose their job. How exactly are people going to survive without a job to rely on when they've grown up as a part of the system their entire lives? I'm not necessarily defending them, but it seems like you either go with the lies or you'll end up in poverty, then you'll have to get a job anyway despite not wanting to believe the lies.
Sure but you don't have to lead offensives if you're just going along to survive...
The name of the game is survival.
