I still think the response to having "nothing left to lose" is going to be compliance for the "chance" being given something to lose again... I hope you're right and I'm wrong though
We can look to the covid vaccination situation for inspiration. While compliance may reach 60% i doubt it will increase beyond that. It's very likely that pressure from multiple angles will cause the dam to fail before the pressure from any one specific direction does.
The fact that 30% have taken it already is what destroyed the remaining shred of hope I had lol
the margins are where all the moves happen. The revolutionaries in the American revolution were less than 10% of the population. The vast majority were ambivalent to either side. The regime needs 100% compliance if they have 25% non compliance the expenditure of energy to police the 25% will cause them to collapse.
