More government handouts will solve nothing. Besides, how do you decide who would deserve them and who wouldn't?
You deduct what social welfare benefits and other government support the descendants of slaves have received over the past 150 years against the per individual reparations sum. Then take the remainder, place it in an endowment, and use the interest it generates to offer payment to those blacks who wish to renounce their US citizenship and "emigrate" to a predominantly black country. Any country opposes, you refuse them USAid from then onwards.
Good plan ... but my thought is that with all those deductions the account would already be upside down.
Perhaps, but I suspect even if this is done to close the chapter, millions of blacks under the delusion that they're owed forty acres and a mule will claim some sort of error and continue to claim their owed something. However, for non-blacks, this will be a slam dunk, closed matter from that point onward and will use it as info to troll any black who dwells upon it.
