The controllers had BTC sitting on the shelf somewhere for 20 years and just got around to using it through the mysterous satoshi... The real thing to ask when you think aobut crypto is this... QUANTUM COMPUTERS EXIST. Jordie Rose presented the first one right around the time ole' Satoshi was shitting BTC onto a message board. Funny that. The timing of the unbreakable crypto -vs- the infinite computer. Its like a comic book. ITs not real. Its all scripted.
