FUTURE employees = people who are not even born yet, their benefits have to be funded by the PO, within 10 years of the PO act of 2006. (duckduckgo.com) THAT fiasco Law was a big "fuck you" by GWB and Congress to the PO.

THAT Law was designed to kill the PO. Yet year after year the PO is the most admired agency of all the Fed. Gov. (duckduckgo.com) What needs to be done is to cut out completely middle management, which Carvin Marvin Runyon did a pretty good job of in the 1980's. The (BBM) bulk business mailers (junk mail) pays for literally most of the benefits OF the PO. The PO does NOT pay for junk mail, idiot. RIGHT = inefficient management and poor pricing = giving loss leader breaks to Amazon and such.
