It would work against EOs from any president. Nice title Newsweek.

Like constitutionality even matters. The SCOTUS has been asleep at the wheel for decades.

I can see that take on Trump for sure. Although I think he did deliver on a lot. Some of what he was unable to do was a fault of his leadership and not his will. Mainly his inability to put people around him which shared his vision. (John Bolton, like wtf dude)

Some of that isn't his fault. Paul Ryan was a big problem. Plus the fact that the Republicans never had an actual plan to repeal and replace Obamacare. That was a shit show which is unforgivable. A major failing of the party.

Going after RINOs and primarying them out. He should focus on taking the Republican party away from the old guard and giving it back to the people, to coin a campaign phrase.

Absolutely this 100%

It is said that he is also working on getting more Republicans in state legislators, and pushing for state level voter ID and restrictions on mail in voting. Those efforts, if successful will be very helpful.

But yeah goy, it's all just controlled opposition. lol :)

He delivered on a number of things, like deregulation and the border wall, but not nearly enough to deserve another term.

I totally agree with the idea of purging the party at all levels. I fully support him in that.

Nothing to see here, goy. Move along.

I have a longer list than that, but it's inconsequential at this point.

Hopefully we do see some upheaval within the GOP.
