Edit As @asdf_1111 pointed out, this isn't any 10 year gap, it only applies to 10 year gaps between the ages of 14-17.

No, as @asdf_1111 pointed out it only applies to 14-17, So a 24 year old could sodomize a 14 year old which is still really fucking not-OK.
