Edit As @asdf_1111 pointed out, this isn't any 10 year gap, it only applies to 10 year gaps between the ages of 14-17.

for the law in question, 14 is not the AOC in general, it is illegal but is handled differently based on the decision of the judge I think

it is the law in Germany, Austria, Hungary, Italy and Portugal for example
