Rural land is around $3000 an acre in most states. Get together will a dozen friends and by a 100 acre compound /retreat Thats about $200 a month each. Grow Christmas trees and make it a business for the tax writeoff. Leave the cities to the niggers illegals and liberals they deserve each other..

History Channel has a great show called Mountain Men. One of the guys lives in NC and uses his river for electricity to run various things, even a saw mill. It s a great show to check out.
