Rural land is around $3000 an acre in most states. Get together will a dozen friends and by a 100 acre compound /retreat Thats about $200 a month each. Grow Christmas trees and make it a business for the tax writeoff. Leave the cities to the niggers illegals and liberals they deserve each other..

If you can get a drop of say 15m across your property from where the water enters then you can generate power just by using a narrow diameter pipe. Easily hidden inlet. No civil works at all.
