In response to a letter summarizing The Times’s findings, Alan Garten, a lawyer for the Trump Organization, said that “most, if not all, of the facts appear to be inaccurate” and requested the documents on which they were based. After The Times declined to provide the records, in order to protect its sources, Mr. Garten took direct issue only with the amount of taxes Mr. Trump had paid.

Given the NYT previous reporting on Trump and their unwillingness to release anything supporting their claims, how can anyone take this seriously?

The Times obtained Donald Trump's tax information extending more than two decades

illegally, no doubt. I hope they enjoy the incoming lawsuit and subsequent one aimed at that negress AG for leaking it to them. The timing of this article is no doubt in retaliation for daring to follow the rules of the Constitution and name a new Justice to the SCOTUS.
