This is pretty much the only rational response (youtu.be) anyone could have to this claim, but if the US government should pay to expatriate people to other countries we really should prioritize developing a repatriation program for the more recent third world arrivals who came here after the 1960's immigration reform act. We had enough problems before they arrived.
