I left NYC shortly after Bloomberg came to power but I watched him begin the slide into Idiocracy that exists there now.

Giuliani was still mayor when i left and I can hardly believe that it's all managed to get so much retardeder and fail.

I still have plenty of family and friends there. As they age they're retiring to other locations though, so the number is dwindling.
