All public transportation mechanisms need to be dismantled.
Also, drivers licenses should be much much harder to obtain. Any idiot can get one as it is now. The majority of people behind the wheel have no idea how to drive.

All valid points. Aside from a few exceptions, the public pays for roads and the government always lies about removing toll roads when they are paid off. For example. The Houston Ship Channel bridge was paid off in 1982. They are still charging tolls for it.

When you don't enforce the fines/tolls the number just keeps going up.

Deadbeat? Fuck those tolls. They forgot to mention the price increases during "peak hours." By peak hours they mean people traveling to and from work. You get charged extra for more traffic and for going to work. The fucking nerve to call people deadbeat for not wanting to be shaken down by the government for even more of their hard earned money.
