It will be very revealing how the leak is handled. Very few people would have access to the unpublished opinion so it would be easy to identify who did it. Will they reveal that person, punish her (probably a female clerk) and make an example of her? Or will they sweep it under the rug?
My bet is that they don't do anything to her, and then cave on the decision and change it to uphold Roe and Casey.
SCOTUS basically did exactly the same thing when it came to the state level lawsuits that were coming through during the election, with their opinions even admitting they refused to take the case because BLM and Antifa might riot.
What is this distracting us from?
