It will be very revealing how the leak is handled. Very few people would have access to the unpublished opinion so it would be easy to identify who did it. Will they reveal that person, punish her (probably a female clerk) and make an example of her? Or will they sweep it under the rug?

My bet is that they don't do anything to her, and then cave on the decision and change it to uphold Roe and Casey.

SCOTUS basically did exactly the same thing when it came to the state level lawsuits that were coming through during the election, with their opinions even admitting they refused to take the case because BLM and Antifa might riot.

It's the only way to keep the Democrat party on life support through the election. It does bully justices but it also does seduce moderates who disapprove of everything that is going on but would fight for a pro-choice environment.

This is all a set up, including the decision to review Roe vs, Wade, the holy of holies for the left, central to their very identities, so that any threat to that woeful verdict will be felt as an existential threat, provoking over the top, extreme, reactions in its defense. This 'leak' is no accident or hack, but a part of a carefully orchestrated information war to bring all the left, from the extreme revolutionaries to the ditzy, wet, liberals on side, and demonize those they see as opponents so they can be attacked by the extremists and by the state while the rest cheer on.

I cannot emphasize this enough. This is deliberate and orchestrated, and the endgame is that all Hell will break loose, giving the state the prerogative to ramp up their powers to totalitarian levels in response.

I'm not arguing that abortion is morally justifiable, but abortion tends to curb population growth at the lower ends of the socioeconomic spectrum...

There's a brilliant write up of this on cuckchan of all places. (((Roe V Wade))) was a medical rights decision. The state had no right to them due to the 9th and 14th amendment. What this overturn will open up is government mandated mrna bio-shots.
