Who's honestly going to believe such crap? I hope the prosecution asks this guy for other details of the crime scene (like the show Psych) Such as how many buttons were on Baldwin's shirt or how many hairs are on his head. The guy would either lie or say I don't know. So we are then led to believe the only thing the witness noticed was Baldwin didn't have his finger on the trigger? Baldwin pointed the gun and pulled the trigger.
