My point is simple. Tyrants can divide a population with any number of means. Race is just one vector of attack. Even if that were taken out of the equation there we can still be easily divided. The only way to protect against it is by getting society to have a shared moral core. Granted that's much harder with a mixed race society but an ethnostate alone would not solve our problem with tyranny.
