They ALL have multiple offices. Each one has an office in DC, and they have at least one other in their state/district. Senators usually have two others spread across the state they (supposedly) represent. The stated reason is to make it easier for we the people to access our congresspeople. The real reason is so they can give cushy, high-paying jobs to the children of campaign donors.
