Yup. There is a behavioral clause in the contract for Texas public school employment. I know teachers that won't have a beer with dinner while out in the area where they work. All it takes is one parent to make a complaint to the school board. These idiots probably don't read contracts before they sign them on things that have a major impact on their lives.
