I think the point is to distract people with the "rebrand" while they change suppliers for increased profits and higher goyslop content in their "meals".

I had some co-workers a long time ago that were gaga over the place, but they're also the same kind of people who thought the frozen chicken breasts and soggy fries at "Das Generische Essensplatz" was good just because it was "amish."
Probably should have asked if they stopped by Das Gifthaus and picked up a little something to take home.
