All bills should be presented in plain English so it is easily understood by all. All bills should be single issue. None of this omnibus crap. All bills should be limited to one sheet of paper. (Front + back)

I'm with you on everything except for the page limit. I'd give them as many as five pages to cover a topic. If they can't distill it down to less than that, they need to trim down the bill's scope.
