Why bother having citizens when everyone is?

I guess he needs a refresher in constitutional law as in only citizens have rights and due process the rest get basic human rights like food and basic medical care while in custody, more than some vets get that's for sure.

If they came into the country legally, then yes. But they didn’t.

As a human in the US, they do deserve due process. Due process does not mean a lengthy trial where a jury needs to decide whether they're here legally or not. Due process for illegals in the US could simply be a bullet to the head. The process that is due for someone in the US illegally is much less involved that the process that is due in a murder trial.
