Bullshit. They "pass up RICH jobs" because they are unqualified for them and can in most cases barely keep their government job even though its almost fucking impossible to get fired (even as a contractor).
The majority of government workers can only be employed in government or extremely low skill private sector jobs. If they get a government job they are put into a position they are unqualified for bringing everyone around them down while also getting paid 100x more than they should for what pathetic work they do.
There are some great people/workers in government but they are the exception by far and not the rule.
