It was never widely reported but during the summer of George droid, Antifa and BLM actually had pretty sophisticated command and control networks during their riots. From dedicated radio trucks that were monitoring police radio bands the organizers would disseminate orders to their on the ground lieutenants via software defined radios plugged into their phones. Each riot group was essentially an independent cell with its own bicycle scouts, trailing "photographers" that would identify vulnerable opposition actors, and "bystanders" whose only job was to get in the way of real photographers and shield the hardened criminals at the center of the formation from view as they attacked the vulnerable opposition.

That kind of planning has to come from somewhere. It doesn't just materialize out of the blue. I always suspected it was a foreign government, but maybe the commies really are just that organized. I doubt it, the vast majority of them are dumb as posts
