This sums up almost everything the media and democrats are pissed about right now. For some reason they legitimately think the bureaucracy is the 4th branch of government. Their fight is that the president doesn't have the right to direct the executive branch of government. They aren't going to win.

It is becoming increasingly clear that Marco Rubio is secretary of State in name only.
They are making the argument that somehow Rubio should be setting his own foreign policy goals and not following the direction of Trump. Wut?
