Gender isn't supposed to matter in the hiring process. Including pronouns on a resume implies you want gender to matter. It's interesting that even hiring managers from the democratic demographic displayed the preference for no pronouns as well. It's almost like they're voting Democrat for the wrong reasons DemocratVoterMovesFromCaliToTexas.img
